Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of beauty products, we only accept returns if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@leurredeperle.com with your order number and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged product).
Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note that return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
